Facebook for DivX Connected (Server 1.4+ Only)
Would you like to access your Facebook from the comfort of your living room? If so, you might want to give a try to this plug-in.
It is still in development but many functions are already working well.
The plug-in must be downloaded from Facebook and you must have a Facebook account in order to use it.

- Filename personalized (To avoid confusion and make more obvious that the .zpi is attached to a user profile)
- Changed the name in the plug-in Menu
- Fixed issue with the invalid Session Key (when User remove the application from Facebook and try to continue to use it)
- Navigation with the arrows LEFT(Back) and RIGHT (Select) is now enabled except for ThumbCtrl(SDK limitation)
- Application can now be restricted using the Connected PIN protection. You will be asked if you want to enable it on the first launch of the plug-in
- Image information in the Slideshow:
-Will stay 2 second after switching image manually with the arrows
-If you press "i" top display information, it will stay there until you press "i" again
To update your plug-in, please remove the version already installed on your computer

I am new to all this. But i have downloaded the zip file for facebook to hook up my partners account. But when we view plug ins from our TV Facebook doesnt appear. Can you please advise what we are doing wrong?

Couple of Issues - help please
Couple of issues guys:
1. Every few days it decides it won't log into my facebook account anymore. The only way I can fix it is to download the plug-in again and re-install it - any ideas?
2. Is there a cookie or something involved in registering a facebook account. Everytime I try to register a different account if directs me to a page to download my original .zpi file. There doesn't seem to be a way to change facebook user id's to get a different plug-in. (I was able to do it using a different browser, but now of course that is locked)
3. Now that I have 2 facebook plug-ins (I'd like more, but until 2 is resolved 2 will have to do), I can't discern which is which from the client - it just lists two plug-ins for Facebook, so I have to try them both. Any chance it could show the account name in the plug-in list on the client?

Excellent, well done - nice gui too.
Any chance you could add the ability to switch to different facebook ids in the next release - that would really help as there are 4 of us here, each with their own facebook id.

Simply create a plugin from every account and install every one of them
you will be able to decide whiich one you want to start fom the plug-in menu
