DivX Mobile Player Does Not Play Large Files

Hello fellow users and developers at DivM Mobile:
I downloaded the latest DivX Mobile Player (.90) for Windows 6 Professional onto my HTC 8925/Kaiser (AT&T Tilt) however my videos aren't playing. The demos that come with the player play fine but my movie file (which is a true DivX file as I can play it fine on my PC) does not play. The file is 241 megs in size and all I see is the start (2 sec and sometimes not even that) of the film and then the player goes back to the video screen.
My phone still has the stock OEM ROM/without any tweaks and the OS is still OEM nothing mod'ed/changed.
Can you please assist as to why this is happening?
Any help will be appreciated. (I love the DivX player and I want to be able to use it on my phone)
If your videos stutter or stall during playback, check the bitrate. DivX Mobile Player will attempt to play any size video at any bitrate on any device. However, the performance will be limited based on the speed of the processor. DMP will drop video frames as needed during playback which means not all devices will achieve 30 fps for all bitrates. Try converting videos to 24-30 fps, 320x240 resolution, 300 kbps video and 128 kbps stereo audio. Most devices with a 200 Mhz processor (or faster) will play those videos well and it's a reasonable trade off between file size and video quality.
