I still can't play the video
I still can't play the video from my Mac. I noticed that there are spaces in the name of the DivX file used for the streaming. Maybe the spaces simply fail to get parsed as %20 by the player…

Secret List??????
How would one know if they are on the list if its secret? How does one go about getting on said list?
Audio filters
You should get an audio filter for that cam, there's a high pitch whine running through that video. Something like Adobe Audition (formerly Syntrillium Cool Edit Pro) is pretty good with noise sampling and reduction.
Anyone on labs going to barcamp?
