Vista & Divx Connect issue
Hi all, today I received my DSM 330 from Amazon and all excited began to set it up.
All was running well with the wizard running and selecting the various different files.
Then I received the update software option which naturally I select yes too.
Now this is installed, I can not connect to the application, and my DSM 330 can not see my server.
he task manager the server and the application appear to be runnng, yet I am unable to get an interface to the application at all and the DSM 330 can no longer see the server. Incidently the setup wizard didn't run after the update.
So I uninstalled, manually download the lastest software and tried again. NO JOY!
Started in safe mode with network support and the software application interface works..... yet I can't see the server.
I've tried uninstalling several times and even going back to the supplied CD version and still NO JOY!
Turned off Norton's, StopZilla and Setpoint but NOTHING!
Please someone tell me where I've gone wrong.
Running Windows Vista 32bit Home - Service Pack 1 with a Radeon 1650 dual display card and plenty of HD space.
