After one song screen is spliting into two subscreens

Hi Folks please help me when I converted the file into Divx format and transfer to my mobile and played it. It was fine in the starting but after one song screen there is big line which make the screen in to two subscreens so please tell me how can I remove that line. I tried to register the device from mobile but its giving me registration error or something so I register thru PC using the device code.

Hi,
I have not seen this issue before. It would be great if you could give the following details:
1. Phone Name and Model.
2. If possible the clip.

And here are the steps for registering the device from the Mobile:
IMPORTANT:
You need to have data connection/wi-fi on your mobile phone else Over-The-Air registration will not work from your mobile.

1.Go to Settings.
2.Scroll down to enter device name. Also enter the DivX account information which includes user name and password.
