Server 1.3 Scanning problems
Having some trouble with the new server. Installs fine but when the initial media scan starts, it hangs on a random folder (usualy not long after the scan starts) and I can't play anything on the box.
Had this problem with the Beta so I reverted to the previous version but now 1.3 is out properly, the problem still persists. Any ideas?

Will this problem go away with later releases? Because I don't want to have to uninstall the server eachtime a new version comes out...
Does the server hang oder crash?
If it crashs, try to restart the server.. I've had the same problem. Restarting the server several times solved the problem and scan was completed.
I had exactly the same issue.
In the end it only worked after I uninstalled Server 1.2 and then did a fresh install of Server 1.3
Just remember if you have previously used Kamiwa's DCD Show Playback Plugin, then you will have to copy the DCDShowPlaybackPlugin.config file to Bin folder of the new installation.
