No sound after converting

Hi

I converted a file from Divx and it plays on the player and Quick Time- but it does not play in Windows Media- no sound- any help- thanks

What OS are u on ?
What Media Player 9/10/11 ?
Any error message from WMP ?

If you're really desperate, try vlc player -> www.videolan.org
