HI i have LGku990 but the divx movies dosent work its show in the phone but when i play it its says doesnt suported files?????

The LG KU990 Viewty and the LG KF750 Secret are a couple examples of Java (J2ME MIDP 2.0) enabled handsets with DivX playback. The KU990 is a great phone and available unlocked, on-line for under $400.

The LG KU990 is not a stand alone player. It is an actual phone produced by LG. See the image below:

When a phone is DivX Certified it means that the hardware inside the phone itself has been certified to decode DivX files. In the case of the LG Viewty it also has been certified to encode (record) into the DivX format- which is a feature you won't get with the DMP (DivX Mobile Player).

Additionally, when a phone is certified there are more benefits than just native playback. These includes not utilizing additional memory to store an application, improvements in the battery life and increased performance.

Sorry, there are no DivX certified Nokia Java phones currently available. Please write letters Nokia and tell them you want DivX certified phones.
