Hi all,
I really need help as after installed the mobile version in my HTC touch phone the media file can be played clearly but it's really silent, meaning no audio can be hear during the playback.

DivX Mobile Player comes with two sample videos. The Demo1 video has audio. Can you hear sound on Demo1?
If you can sound with Demo1, then you probably have some video files with incompatible audio tracks. You can use DivX Converter to convert those files into DivX Mobile compatible format.
