Respect
I feel that the people at DivX have no respect for their customers. I have tried many times to get an answer with regard to my Web Player which no longer works, neither with Firefox nor with IE, and have had absolutely no response. I have bought and paid for DivX Pro, and as a paying customer, I expect a bit of feedback and help with any problem that arises - so far, nothing at all, no response whatsoever from DivX, in spite of my several posts and emails. This is not very professional on the part of the DivX staff.
