Failure to Launch HELP HELP!!!

I have some big troubles with starting up my Div X connected on my PC.

When I go to start up Div X connected, after double clicking, the resolution on my screen goes funny (magnifies itself by 10 fold then becomes fuzzy).

Next I get a warning stating that Div X connected has stopped working, my only option is to close the program.

After doing this the screen returns to its normal resolution.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Div X connected without any joy, it still refuses to work.

Could anyone give me any suggestions on what to do or where I am going wrong as I am not the worlds best with computers.

Any help would be great.

i-mate JAMA 101

I am using I-MATE JAMA 101 Windows Pocket PC Mobile.
I am unable to use DIVX in my mobile.
After a installation of DIVX,
in DIVX Player Menu Ask me "DEVICE NAME"
then "USER NAME" & "PASSWORD".
May I know How can I access DIVX MOBILE PLAYER in my device ?
Please help me.

problems?

I don't know what the reason is for the problem you're experiencing. Unless you're lucky i'm guessing neither will anyone else, as it sounds quite strange and unless anyone else has experienced the same they will be unable to help; however, if you provide more information then may be others will be able to offer assistance. Information typically required being: what is the specification of your computer, CPU, RAM and Graphics card for starters, do you connect to your DSM-330 box wired or wirelessly, and what television are you using, e.g. HD flat panel or CRT? if you are unsure about anything then ask, they are pretty helpful around here
