When does Divx provide a kind of software like WM server, or Adobe flash server, where i can manage all the mediastreams, subtitle, and set drm, and stats?

Also when is it possible, to make the on demand divx files full streaming seekable while downloading? But the media is not locally storaged because the drm.
When is it possible to make livestreams with divx with drm, and the webplayer?

Is drm possible, because i dont want people can rip my study courses and dump it on youtube or something.

And what is the color space of the DivX codec? 4:2:2, or 4:2:0?
