Ability to delete files and directories

I would like to see the ability to delete files and directories by pressing the delete button on the rc (same as with plugins! so it couldn't be hard to implement)

Yes, please - be able to delete files and directories....

I would be great to have a setting to allow delete or not, maybe combined with pin code, and then be able to delete files. Makes perfect sense to me to be able to delete media after you've viewed it...

Come on guys, we can delete plugins, please let us delete files too!!

I'd be a bit concerned with

I'd be a bit concerned with a delete button for media files, especially with kids in the family using the 330... Perhaps an option to turn it on and off?

can be combined with the pin code (for example) - secure enough? :)
Or yes, make it optional!

The thing I can't understand: we can delete plugins - why only plugins? Deleting media makes much more sense for me..
Why do I have to go to the PC to delete a movie or a mp3 file I don't like anymore when I have such a nice delete button on my RC?
