Have downloaded my photo's and video's from my mobile LGKU990 onto my computer. It will not let me open them and comes up with a message Divx not supported by Win32..have no idea what any of this means. Has anyone got the patience to explain to me how I can open the stored photo's and video's. Thanks in advance. Roofie
