Sorry, new here, but I downloaded all the software, planning to use DivX on our websites. I have a number of files in MOV format from our camera. Before downloading everything I was sure I read that I could convert MOV files, but when I try I get an error message "unsupported file type". I can't find anything on the site to explain why this is happening.
Appreciate any help.
