TV Screen display when music is played
I would like to suggest a change in the TV Screen display when music is played, something like a screensaver or party Mode maybe.
I used to own a pinnacle showcenter 1000 before and the display when playing music was more attractive in my opinion.
Right now the only thing that happens is a small progress bar together with the song title in the lower right corner of the screen. It is also hard to see from the distance. The rest of the screen remains showing the track list and the album cover of the last track that has been selected. Not very interesting any more after a while especially when playing a playlist for hours.
Why not having an optionn to display a complete new page / subpage when starting to play a song or playlist?(Party Mode)
On this page for example the current played song could be displayed bigger and a nice addition would be to display the cover.jpg of the song just playing.
Also the track that was played before and the track to be played next could be indicated above/below the current track (smaller of course). Howether this would not be that important.
If the user wants to go back to the track/album list he could use the cursor to the left on the remote.
It would be great if this could be implemented. Would be really an enhancement!

I agree. It's annoying that the cover art of the previously selected song always remains onscreen rather than the currently playing song.
However simply changing the cover art to match the playing song would be enough of an enhancement at this stage, and should be relatively simple to do. There are plenty of other areas of music playback that warrant attention at the moment such as selecting music for playback by artist, genre etc.
