problem registering device
Im new here please forgive me if i overlooked this topic
I registered here>http://labs.divx.com/MobileCommunity and downloaded divx for windows mobile pocket pc professional and installed it.
When i try to register my device it tells me incorrect email and or password

Your DivX VOD username is your e-mail address but there is no reason to register DMP. See http://labs.divx.com/node/6719
just new on the net. had installed dvx on my htc touch hd, but I cannot see videos, only hear the audio. and when I try to register the device , the program says it is not the right time. can someone help. thanks everyone.

You do not need to register DivX Mobile Player.

If you have videos that do not play properly, try using DivX Converter to convert them into DivX Mobile videos. DivX Mobile Player only plays DivX Mobile videos. Not all AVI files are DivX files. Not all DivX files are DivX Mobile files.

All I wanted to do was register my Omnia from VZN. I had no intention of joining this site. I thought it would lead to me using my registration code somewhere. Still no luck. If a moderator would like to chime in it would be nice. Thanks.

If you do not use the DivX Video On Demand service then you do not need to register your device. Currently, there are no Mobile sized videos available from DivX VOD so there is no reason to register your mobile phone.

Sorry, I am in Options and there is selection:
Device name: (hope name of my phone??)
Username: (means my name here for login??)
Password: (hope means password for login????)
...where to put e-mail address???
