Picture RSS problem

I'm trying to fix the I Can Has Cheezburger plugin (for my girlfriend) and have figured out why it doesn't work. Instead of displaying the image it's supposed to, it displays an image which is attached to almost every post.

Notice how "cf1e61a4330e75d5d1d7a744c5ef38c4" is attached first to every post? How could I modify this script to always use the second image?
