Default subtitle track language

Hi, I'm authoring Divx tracks using the Sub2Divx tool for subtitling and these tracks show up in the Divx player info tool as "Subtitle Track No.1 Language: N/A" and the subtitles are automatically set to "Off". If I manually switch the subtitles picking the Track No. 1 then they will appear correctly but it's totally cumbersome. Is there any trick to make the player pick-up these subtitles automatically? BTW, I have heard that the Divx Author has the same problem, against all the settings generates tracks with Language: N/A. The only tool that correctly sets the language on the subtitle track is the DivxMuxGui but to duplicate for every Divx with this tool is also out of question. Thanks a lot,
