I tried installing Divx Player on my Sony Ericsson w950i but it kept giving me an error - "Cannot overwrite the file divxplayer.exe owned by Divx" The OS on my Cell phone is Symbian 9.1 UIQ 3.0 I selected the corresponding file to install but no luck. Can anyone help ?

Do you have an earlier version of DMP installed on your phone? Remove it before installing the new version.
Does your phone allow you to install applications? Many phones are locked such that you can only install programs from your carrier.
