Some with sound,Some without on the Mogul

I have used this wonderful program on my Mogul for a while now, enjoying many movies & videos in the palm of my hand, but I've had one problem.

Does anyone know why some movies I transfer from my computer to my phone have picture but no sound?

I've done all the troubleshooting I can think of. The sound works on my computer but not on my phone. They are all the same type of video some just don't have sound. Any ideas?

How do you know they are all the same type of video? How are you creating them?

If you have videos that DivX Mobile Player cannot play, then you probably need to convert those videos into DivX Mobile format. Try DivX Converter available at http://www.divx.com/divx/

Not all AVI files are DivX videos. Not all DivX videos are DivX Mobile videos.
