my volume keys doesn't work when watching videos

Hi all,
Have a Nokia E71 and loaded a movie to play with Xvid mobile player.
All works OK except I can not change the volume of the movie. Maybe I set something wrong when I converted the file to Xvid format. Does anyone know how to fix that ?
I forgot to say I use Super to convert the file. I also checked with Divx Converter and the problem persists. It may be from the Divx Player.
Do you know something about this ?

Volume keys
Thank you DivXMobile, the direction pad keys solved my problem.
Press up/down on the direction pad in the center of your phone to adjust the volume. Not all phones have dedicated volume keys so DMP never uses volume keys.
Super will not create videos that conform to the DivX Mobile standard so your files may or may not play using DivX Mobile Player. For the best results, use DivX Converter, Dr. DivX or DivX Author to create DivX Mobile videos.
