Manipulation of Virtual Folders
Delighted with version 1.5. Thanks
How can I manipulate the virtual folders of 'recently added.....'?
It seems like a very useful new feature but on up grading I have a strange mixture of files with the 'recently added' flag and I am unsure why they have been chosen or how I can alter the contents of these virtual files.
Any suggestions?
You will see that value of this as you add files. Suppose you add 10 files into 10 different folders, and then 100 new files into one folder.
In the recently added view, you will see 10 new individual files and also the one folder with the hundred files at the top of the list. When you look in the folder, the 100 items will also be in the order they were added.
I missed the sublty of this new feature, masked by the older files on my system. Very clever and very useful. Many thanks for the info.
As you add new content to any of you monitored folders, it show at the top to the (Recently Added) view. In time, only your newest stuff will show there. The current stuff will get pushed lower down the list.

The recently added files are impossible to identify if, like me, you arrange your files into directories such as 'Horror', 'Kids', 'Romance' etc. It places the directories to the top of the list and I cannot readily see which files within those directories have recently been added.
Still useful but less so with my simple directory structure.
I trust files will eventually fall off the bottom of the list and no longer be displayed? If so, what are the characteristics of that decision and how do I modify it?
