AVI file causing AV-sync issues on N85 (DivX version 0.91)

Hi,

I have avi file with following properties (checked from VLC media player)

Codec: XVID
Resolution:624x352
Framerate:23.97

Codec: mpga
Channels: 2
Sample rate: 48000 Hz
Bits per sample: 16
Bitrate: 128 kb/s

The file plays but after e.g. 30 seconds audio and video are out-of-sync.

If I skip couple seconds (or minutes), audio and video become in sync again but after 30 seconds out-of-sync issue happens again.

Any idea why this is happening and how to solve?
