Authentification problem

I registered an account on divx labs,entered the username and password on the divx mobile player wich i registered with and i try to authetificate,but it says i have a problem with my internet connection cause it seems its not able to connect to it.
Is it because i actually have WAP serverices and im not connected to a real mobile internet?
I can browse any site on the internet with my phone and all that,im connected to vodavone live and i have a nokia 6124 classic.
What could be the problem?
And even if i dont register,will I be able to use the program on my mobile permanently or curently im in a trial mode ? If so,how long does the trial last ? And,is there any way i can authetificate my program except from my phone,maybe from the PC or something ?
