Can you watch DivX connected PC on another PC not the server?

Hello folks,
I think the DivX Connected PC is handy, but what would be even better if I could play it on another laptop on my network rather than the server PC, I tak it looks at 127.0.0.1. Is there anyway to install DivX Connected PC on a laptop and not the sever PC?

Not without installing server

If you want to use Connected PC, you have to install the full 1.5 server, and then you have to add the content as network shares to its library - currently, you cannot connect a Connected PC to another server across the network.

If you really want to do something like this, you can use the old stand-alone PC client that's in the Plug-ins SDK, but it does not have as many features as Connected PC (e.g. no mouse support in old PC client).
