Thumbnails Disappeared?!

I've recently re-installed Divx Connected and now I don't get any thumbnails of music, films etc - any one got any reasons why this would be? Thanks...

Hi,
I had the same problem,but luckily after uninstalling and making sure there was no divx connected folder left behind,they're back-hurrah!
Now if I could just find an antivirus that doesnt think divx c is a new trojan.....

What version are you using?

There may be some issue with the scanner or monitor processes.

Can you uninstall the version you have now and then try to install the 1.4.1 or new 1.5 beta?

Did you try to install 1.4 over 1.5? That is a known problem.
