Video Loading

hi...i have been using the web player for my website recently because of the high quality video for a small size DivX offers.

however, the buffer download stream is terribly slow! the video is hosted on an external website and a direct link is given. i use the direct link for the DivX web player. however, when i download the video using Internet Download Manager, it is very very fast, about 500KB/s, with web player using only 50KB/s. :(

anyways that the development team could incorporate multi connection in the web player so that it loads faster?
