I have checked most of the forums but it seems like i am the only one facing this problem, i ahve the license number for DivX pro 7, and like many others, i wasn't aware that it's not supported on Vista 64 enterprise edition. Anyhow, after checking the forum, i copied the dtu100.dll to the sys32 folder, and now, when i type the license number and click on register, it does nothing, just clears the text box after i hit register button. Is there a way around to register my product? or should i ask for refund? No-one at DivX cared to response to my email.

DivX Pro registration

When you register the DivX Pro software, the serial number does indeed disappear (upon clicking the Register button) and the registration status for the products you purchased will change to "Registered".

If your serial number was not accepted, you would have received an error telling you this.

You can go back and check the registration status of the programs on your computer through the Start menu; open Programs > DivX > DivX Codec > Register Products.

If it says "Registered" next to DivX Pro and DivX Converter, then they are both "Registered", and therefore ready to use!
