Hey Anyone,

I'm new to all this but looking for a good/easy way to post game videos for my team to watch at their convenience. Unfortunately I'm discovering that good and easy don't come together anywhere.

The original MPEG - 2 file is from a HD digital camera, the raw file shows as .mpg and is farily big at 2.5GB per half of a game. I've been trying to compress with Handbrake but the options are boggling and nothing I've done puts out anything viewable on a work station other than the one that compressed the original file. Then someone put me onto DIVX and here I am but thought I'd ask for suggestions before diving in.

How would you compress and post the files? Should they be .avi or some other format? Should I attempt streaming video or just get a compressed file up for the players to download and watch later?

Thank you in advance,
