Normal play speed

From the release notes linked from build 75 (but which have the label 'build 73', is that a transcription error?)

There may be a 10 second delay in Connected PC when returning to normal play speed after fast forwarding or rewinding.

I see this problem also when I use the number keys to go to a percentage position within a video. It's not consistent, sometimes it works fine, but sometimes the video and audio seem to be running at different speeds.
