When I attempt to download the media player AVG 8 won't let me open it or save it. It says it has a virus in it the Hur virus. When I try to ignore it or put it in the vaulet it disappears. Help

Hi everyone,
Does amyone can help me to install in a proper way the DivXPlayer_PPC on my HTC TOUCH HD?
This is what i've done so far:
After extracting the winzip file, and being connected by usb with the PC,
I added the progam using 'tools" and "add" program in the Active sync windows.
It says "check if any further action should be done on the mobile", but nothing happened.........
HELP
