Latest Divx Connected server update crashed

My latest server update has caused my Divx Connected to crash on start up with the dreaded message 'encountered a problem and needs to close Please tell Microsoft about this problem'

I've tried to roll back to my previous working version.. this has failed to correct my problem :-(

Also done a complete uninstall and reinstall of a working version.. this has also failed to correct the problem..

HELP ????
