I'm using DivX mobile player on my Sony Ericsson M600i and very happy with it.
I thought it would be very comfortable to watch videos (especially in the dark) if the player could switch off the keyboard's back light. That would also increase power saving capabilities, I guess (which is very important for mobile devices).
