There are many websites that illegally traffic copyright protected videos, but any such recommendations will be removed from this forum.
The Hulu website streams videos and does not allow downloads. You'll have to ask them why. However, the DivX Connected D-Link DSM-330 can be used to watch Hulu on your TV. See http://labs.divx.com/node/7288
YouTube allows downloads for some of their videos. You can download MP4 ("iPod") versions of YouTube videos that will play on the Omnia.
The Omnia should play most video podcasts and several TV networks will allow you to download some programs. For example:
If you have a Windows Media Center PC with a TV Tuner, you can record your own shows and use DivX Author to convert the .msdvr files into DivX Mobile videos for your Omnia.
If you have a Mac, I recommend Elgato EyeTV which will record TV and export directly to DivX Mobile.
blip.tv allows some video downloads although you'll probably need to convert them to DivX Mobile to use with the Omnia.
