ATT Wireless Divx Capable Phones?

Hello Everyone,
I see that we can put divx on our symbian, pocket pc, windows mobile phones, but what does that translate into in lay mans terms? Like, I have ATT and I'd like to buy a phone that I am able to watch divx encoded files on. So if anyone knows, could you tell me which model phones are capable of installing divx codec on? Maybe someone who reads this has ATT, or at least that is my hope. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.

As of today, from the PDA phones listed on AT&T's website, the following are compatible with DivX Mobile Player:
