Player expired message on HTC Touch HD using windows v6.1

I've been using the player on my HTC Touch HD for the last few months but now I get a 'player expired' message that says a new version is available and to go to the website to get the latest version. The version on the website is the same as the one I had installed - there isn't a new version. Anyway, I unistalled the version on my mobile, downloaded and reinstalled it but I still get the same message.
Is there a new version somewhere? If not, how can I get it working? Any ideas?
DMP 0.92 was released on 30-Mar-2009. It is the latest version available and it does not expire until 2010 unless you have the date set wrong on your phone or you've tampered with the date on your phone. If 0.92 reports that it is expired you will have to hard-reset your phone. This will delete all your data and restore your phone to it's factory default state. After that you can properly set the date and then re-install version 0.92.
