Cant connect to site via phone

New to all this. I've downloaded DivMobile to phone and regestered to site but when I try to connect to the site I get an error message "can't connect to DivX registration system check network settings and try again Your device registration code is QES9JXT3 " but phone connects ok to other sites. Do I need to change some setting or is it a problem with site. Sorry If I am not using correct form for this sort of post but can't find any support type page to use . Any Ideas?
