Divx Player 7.0 and AC3 problems

I am using Divx Player 7.0 on my Vista Ultimate 64 bit OS.

When I play a Divx encoded video that has AC3 audio, I can hear the audio, but the audio sounds like it is playing in slow motion.

I don't have this problem with virtually any other of my players, like Media Player Classic, Zoom, etc.

If I de-mux the AC3 audio to wav, then re-encode it to MP3 (either variable or CBR), then mux it back to the video, it then sounds perfect in the windows Divx Player 7.0.

Is there a particular AC3 filter that is recommended for use with Divx Player 7.0.

The Divx video would usually be encoded using Divx 6.8x.
