DIVX is supposedly best. Only stream I’ve seen so far is http://www.stage6.com/ but took 10 minutes to buffer and video is about 6 frames a second and unwatchable. I am guessing DIVX is more HD, so won’t be practical for watching for another 10 years, once hardware/reasonably- price-Bandwidth/higher gig limits are reasonable reality.

So far WM9 vbr at 300 kps 400x300 is clear winner of watchability for stream. Unless Divx can do 150 kps as clear and unchoppy, I don't see divx as being a stream choice.
