Lost serial number - no response from support?

Hola!

I've rebuilt my PC and found that I have lost the serial number for the MPEG-2 DivX plugin that I purchased. Googlemail treated the original email as junk and it's lost.

I followed the instructions on the site to raise a request for the serial number to be resent, but I've never had a response back from them, other than the automatic reply to expect a response within 2-3 working days. My replies to the email address go unanswered and a subsequent second support request has also failed to rouse the DivX support team from their slumber.

I'm stuck with where to go next as there seems to be no way to contact someone about this who can help!

Any thoughts?

Submit a question via the web form. Make sure you select serial number inquiry in the product selection drop down. Make sure to give us the email address you used at the time of purchase and we will can resend your email confirmation.
