Connected 1.5.0 (75) crash happy :(

I have 1.5.0 build 75 on a Shuttle SN72P2, AMD64x2 4800+ @ ~2.4 GHz, 2 GB DDR2, and Windows XP SP3, fully patched.

The boot drive is a SATA 160 GB
The data drive is an NVidia nForce 570 SATA RAID mirror with dual Seagate 750 SATA2 drives.

Outside of the OS and the Connected, there is nothing else installed. When I launch Connected, the Connected PC client is launched and immediately crashes.

The server software crashes anytime I try to watch a video from an orange "GejBox".

Any idea what the heck is going on? When I had everything on a single 500 GB SATA drive there was no crashing.
