Just about any video you can download can be converted into DivX Mobile profile pretty quickly using DivX Converter. See http://divx.com/divx
Most DivX files are created using the Home Theater profile which would probably be too large for your phone. So even if you find a "DivX" file, you probably want to convert it Mobile profile anyway to ensure that it will play well.
