legal ramifications

your terms of agreement does not state that your new Divx player is forcing individuals to reinstall a new OS because of it's buggy interface.Your forum has stated that this new web player is buggy-this is not a beta release this is a alpha release.Your are causing your loyal fan base to go elsewhere.Allow your fans to opt in or out on this release and let them install a legacy(without product key)Note: i was able to reinstall my W7 64 ult because i have copies but think of the individual who doesn't have cash for his type of expense because they bought a used computer and it didn't come with the restore disk.We understand the development cycle of products but your lack of candor that this RC is buggy is regretful. We don't have to search for the download but we do have to search to address the well-documented problems with it.Your selling a car with 3 tires call us when you have 4 and we will buy a beer _Cheers

web player+ HiQ does not work!

DivX web player asked me to update last week, so I did. Ever since it updated to version 2.1 with HiQ it has not worked!

The web player crashes and freezes all internet browsers I have tired (Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it- this did not help. I tried the .bat file listed in another forum but that did not work either- now it either crashes/freezes or remains stuck at buffering 0%.

How do I fix this issue? Please let me download my previous version 2.0 WITHOUT HiQ!

Thanks for your help.

480p?

Don't know why everyone else is complaining, it works fine and I've noticed my laptop less stressed out - def. a win. Its as nicely presented as one could expect.

When looking at video qualities I am disappointed not to find 480p. It covers a good portion of the screen. I don't want to default 720 b.c of the size and buffer time due to my net speed.

Please include 480p.
