Connected Server

My plug-ins do not work after upgrading to server 1.2

If you upgraded to server 1.2, you will notice that plug-ins created for server 1.1 will not work properly (blank screen). You will need to go to labs.divx.com/connected/plugins and find the updated versions of the plug-in.

Why can't I install the Server On My Windows Server OS

The Windows Server OS is not officially supported by DivX Connected. It may still be possible to install the software however. If the install CD does will not work properly, try downloading the latest version directly from here:

Why are some of my files not showing up?

  • Only files of supported types will be listed. Unsupported formats
    can be converted to the DivX format using DivX Converter, Dr. DivX
    (which is free) or other conversion programs.
  • In some cases, the system may not recognize new files that are
    added to networked drives. In these cases, use the re-scan function at the TV by pressing the “Menu” button on the remote while viewing the folder that you want to re-scan. You can also do a re-scan on the DivX Connected Server application by clicking on the appropriate media “Settings” tab, right clicking on the folder, and choosing ‘Re-scan’.
