I tried all kinds of convertion but got the same error:

"File not supported"

What am I doing wrong?

MediaInfo

Can you download MediaInfo and run it on the file in question, and post the file information?

That will give us a better idea of what's happening.

Also, what are you using to create this file? DivX Converter or something else? If you're using DivX Converter, try the Home Theater setting and see if that works first.

can divx hd or .mkv codec added in samsung h1080r.......by updating firmare of samsung website or divx website or other ways......
